Sauerkraut salad
Boil potatoes, carrots and beets separately, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop or grate the onions. Cut the pickles and peppers into thin slices, grate the apple. Mix everything with vegetable oil sauce or prostokvashi, slide over the lettuce leaves and garnish with herbs and tomato slices.
boiled potatoes - 4-5 pcs., boiled carrots - 2 pcs., boiled beets - 1 pc., salted cucumbers - 1-2 pcs., red pepper - 0.5 pcs., apple - 1 pc., onions - 1 pc., sauerkraut - 1 cup, vegetable oil - 1 cup, or rustic milk - 1 cup, greens to taste, tomatoes - 1 pc., salad to taste
