Red cabbage fresh salad

Put red cabbage in a dish, fill with salt and pepper. Grind it with your hands until the juice starts to stand out and the cabbage is soft. Mix vinegar and olive oil in a mixer, pour cabbage with it and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
