Cabbage salad with apples, carrots and raisins

Pour hot water over the raisins for 10-15 minutes. Peel the cabbage from the upper leaves, rinse and finely patch. Peel the apples and core and cut into strips. Also, with straws, cut carrots. Finely chop parsley. Combine cabbage, apples, carrots and raisins, pour lemon juice over them, season with sour cream and salt if necessary. Mix well and put in a salad bowl. Garnish the finished salad with finely chopped parsley greens.
