Kale salad with tomatoes and ham

A wonderful delicious vegetable salad with ham and eggs. Vegetables give it juiciness and saturate it with vitamins, and ham and eggs make the salad especially satisfying.

white cabbage - 200 g, red cabbage - 200 g, tomatoes - 3-4 pcs., salted cucumbers - 3-4 pcs., eggs - 4 pcs., ham - 300 g, dill - 50 g, vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons, lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool them, peel and cut into strips. Peel the red and white cabbage from the upper leaves, rinse well, finely chop, sprinkle with salt and grind with your hands until juiced. Cut the tomatoes in half and cut into thin slices, pickles and ham - in small cubes, finely chop the dill. Mix with cabbage and eggs and season the vegetable salad with ham and eggs with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Place the finished salad with ham and vegetables in a salad bowl or deep plate and decorate with herbs.
