Cauliflower salad with eggs

Boil the cauliflower in salted water, drain, cool and disassemble into small stokers. Boil hard-boiled eggs, chill, peel and dice. Combine the sesame (or fragrant) oil with the lemon juice, add the salt, red pepper and mix well. Chilled cauliflower cut into small pieces, mix with eggs and cooked dressing. Place the salad on a dish and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
