Cauliflower and carrot salad

Divide into small rosettes 100g cauliflower, combine with 100g grated carrots. Stir and season the mixture with a sauce made from vegetable oil, lemon juice and honey. Pour mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with part of the carrot or cauliflower, a sprig of tarragon.
