Cauliflower salad

Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences, rinse, blanch for 6-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Cast in a colander, blow with cold water. Rinse the greens, shake off the water and finely chop. Cut the onions into small cubes, finely chop the spring onions. For dressing, mix vegetable oil with vinegar, lemon and orange juice, add garlic, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar. Mix cauliflower with onions, fill with dressing, put to marinate for 1 hour. Before serving, garnish the salad with halves of lemon mugs.
