Squid salad "winter"

Boil the potatoes "in a uniform" and hard-boiled eggs, cool. Peel the apple from the core. Slice the potatoes, apple, squid and cucumbers into thin strips. Grind the olives and eggs. Stir all the ingredients, adding green peas, and pour over the mayonnaise. Finely chop the spring onions and sprinkle the salad over the top. The salad can be served on the table in 30-40 minutes.
