Seafood assorted salad

Cook the shrimp, remove from the water, cool and clean from the shell and insides (remove from the back). Empty the mussels into boiling water and cook over high heat for 5-6 minutes, covering until the mussels open. After that, remove the pan from the heat and remove the mussels from the shells. In the water in which the mussels were cooked, boil sea mollusks. Clean the squid, wash and cut into rings. Heat in a frying pan 1 tbsp sesame (or olive) oil and simmer the squid meat until soft. After that, place the squid rings on a deep dish. Finely chop the parsley greens, slightly dry the olives and cut into small slices. Thin the garlic. Prepare the seasoning: Mix the sesame (or olive) oil with the lemon juice, black ground pepper, salt to taste, add the garlic, crushed olives and parsley. Combine shrimp, mussels and sea clams, season with cooked seasoning. Stir gently and slide over the squid rings. The finished salad can be decorated with boiled shrimp. It is better to serve it in a chilled form.
