Boil chicken fillet. To make the meat tasty, you first need to boil 1 liter of water, add 0. 25 teaspoons of salt. Then lower the fillet into boiling water, screw and cook at low boiling for 30 minutes. Cool.
Cut the fillet into slices across the fibres. Then cut the meat into straws or disassemble into small pieces.
Boil the potatoes in the skin (cook with a low boil for 15-20 minutes). Peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Boil the carrots in the skin (cook with a weak boil for 30 minutes). Clear. Grate on a coarse grater. Grate potatoes and carrots into separate plates!
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (put in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes). Cool, clean, grate on a coarse grater in a separate plate.
Grate the cheese into a separate plate as well.
Peel and wash the onions. Finely chop.
To remove the specific smell, the chopped onions can be scalded with boiling water.
Drain the liquid from the mushrooms. Select several whole mushrooms for decoration, cut the rest of the mushrooms into straws.

- the remaining half of carrots.
Wash the spring onions and finely chop.
Arrange the salad "Mushroom clearing" as follows: put whole mushrooms on top and decorate with green onions, and make "weed" around from finely chopped green onions. If desired, you can decorate the salad "Polyanka" on top with flowers from vegetables. Let the salad soak for 40-50 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
