Hare salad
Grate the cabbage with straws, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onions into thin rings. Mix it all up. Separately mix mayonnaise with horseradish, salt and cumin. Season the salad with sauce, stir and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
