Bread and garlic caviar
Rub the garlic with salt, add the peeled crushed walnuts and rub everything. Soak the bread in water, squeeze, add to the garlic mixture, mix and beat with a wooden spoon, gradually adding vegetable oil and lemon juice. Put in a salad bowl, level the surface with a knife, decorate with olives.
