Chopped herring

In 3 eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks, finely chop the protein and mix with herring, add vinegar, pepper and mix well. Rub the yolks with vinegar, add the butter, sugar, ground pepper and mix. Put the herring mass in the herring or on an oblong plate, give it the shape of a herring, apply the head and tail. Cover with circles of cool eggs, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Top with prepared yolk dressing.
