Rice with olives
One performs bulb onions sprayed in vegetable oil. Add the rice and fry. Peel the sweet red pepper, finely chop and add to the rice, salt and pour with hot water. When half the liquid is absorbed, add the olives and bring the rice to readiness over low heat. Serve the rice cold, sprinkled with black pepper.
