Tomatoes stuffed with chicken

Wash the dense tomatoes, cut a small part and carefully remove the flesh. Pass the chicken through the meat grinder. Clean the onions, rinse and grind. Mash the peeled garlic. In a pan, heat the oil or margarine and fry the onion and garlic in it until golden. Then add the tomato flesh, ground pepper and toast until thickened. Then put the minced chicken and continue to fry for another 1-2 minutes, then drive in the raw egg and stir everything well, without removing the frying pan from the heat. Season the ready-made minced meat with parsley greens, salt and cool. Fill the tomatoes with the cooled mince and serve on a flat plate lined with green lettuce leaves.
