Prunes cocktail with nuts
Prunes are washed and, the bay is cold boiled water, left for several hours (overnight). Then the bones are removed from the drains, and the berries are dried on a wooden board or towel. The nuts and garlic are pushed in a mortar until a homogeneous oily mass is obtained. Then the mass is transferred into a bowl and, continuing to rub, the juice of one lemon or the same amount of diluted citric acid is gradually poured. Rub until the mass is whitened. Then each prunes berry is stuffed with nut mass. The mixture is laid out in glass vases and poured with mayonnaise mixed with sugar and salt. You can sprinkle chopped parsley greens on top.
