Mustard dressing jelly
Combine vinegar, sugar, butter, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir the mustard dressing until smooth. Pour the gelatin with boiled water for 40-50 minutes to swell, then put on a low heat. Stir, heat until dissolved. Cool, combine with mustard dressing. Beat the mixture until white, lush, then place in the refrigerator. Cut the finished jelly into portions and serve to fish. In the same way, you can prepare jelly from salad or dill dressing.
gelatin - 2 tsp, water - 6 tbsp. spoons, vinegar - 0.5 cups, sugar - 2 tsp, vegetable oil - 100 g, salt - 0.5 tsp, mustard - 0.5 tsp, pepper - 1 pinch
