Slice the bread, fry, chill and spread butter on one side. Boil 2 litres of water with salt and vinegar. Break 2 eggs and gently lower them into slightly boiling water. Remove from the stove, hold the protein near the yolk with the wide side of the knife. Put on the stove again, let the water boil, immediately remove from the heat and withstand 4 minutes. Remove and put on bread. Cut the ham into straws, put around the eggs, squeeze a strip of mayonnaise and a strip of ketchup on top, pepper.
