Apples stuffed with chicken meat

Wash the apples and carefully remove the core with a knife or special notch. Finely cut or run the white chicken meat through a meat grinder and mix with ground cloves. Fill the apples with this mince and place a slice of butter on top. Place the fruit on an oiled baking sheet, put in a heated oven and bake at a moderate temperature for 30 - 50 minutes. Transfer the finished apples to a flat dish and serve with dates and crumbly rice.
