Stewed chicken mince cucumbers

Peel large overripe cucumbers, cut a fourth or a fifth on one side and carefully choose seeds with a teaspoon. Lower the cucumbers for 1 minute in boiling water, remove and salt them from the inside. Prepare the minced meat: rinse the rice, lower it into boiling salted water and cook until cooked to the floor. Pass raw chicken meat through a meat grinder along with peeled onions, mix with rice, salt, pepper and fill cucumbers with this mass. Put them in a small and low saucepan, pour in a few spoons of water, put the butter and simmer over a small heat until soft. 3 - 5 minutes before readiness to put sour cream and tomato puree. Put the finished snack on a dish, decorate with slices of tomato or strips of bell pepper peeled from seeds (preferably yellow or red) and serve hot.
