Cheese sticks and potatoes
A recipe for an original and beautiful cheese and potato snack.
potatoes - 200 g, flour - 0.5 cups, cheese - 200 g, eggs - 3 pcs., salt to taste, pepper to taste
An original and beautiful snack of cheese and potatoes. Add grated cheese, flour and eggs to potatoes boiled in salted water and passed through a meat grinder or wiped in a colander with butter. Knead with your hands until smooth, like dough. Roll out thin sticks, thick and finger-long, grease on top with egg and, spread on oiled paper on a sheet, oven in a fairly hot oven for 20 minutes.
