The recipe for zucchini pizza is a lovely hot snack to serve on both the festive table and the family dinner. For courgette pizza, courgettes are baked in the oven with minced meat and cheese.

How to make courgette pizza: Peel the courgette and cut into 2cm-thick rings. Run the meat along with the onions and garlic through the meat grinder. Pour a little vegetable oil on a baking sheet and arrange the courgette circles. Put a portion of minced meat on each mug, pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
