The recipe for zucchini pizza is a lovely hot snack to serve on both the festive table and the family dinner. For courgette pizza, courgettes are baked in the oven with minced meat and cheese.

zucchini - 1 kg, any meat - 500 g, onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 5 lobes, cheese - 200 g, mayonnaise to taste, salt to taste

How to make courgette pizza: Peel the courgette and cut into 2cm-thick rings. Run the meat along with the onions and garlic through the meat grinder. Pour a little vegetable oil on a baking sheet and arrange the courgette circles. Put a portion of minced meat on each mug, pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the zucchini pizza in the oven until the zucchini is soft.
