Hot "match" ham and cheese snack

Spread the mustard on thin slices of ham and put thin slices of cheese or coat the ham with a layer of melted cheese with mustard. Put a little tomato puree on the cheese and drizzle with lemon juice. Roll the slices and thread interspersed with cubes of white bread on a spit, drizzle with vegetable oil and fry on charcoal or in the oven (270 ° C). Serve on a slice of white bread or with boiled rice.
