Anchovy paste sandwiches
Peel the onions. Finely chop anchovy fillet and onions, add grated brynza, parmesan, mustard, greens, lemon juice, salt, black and cayenne pepper, sugar, mix until homogeneous. Thinly spread slices of bread with butter, put the mass with anchovies on top. Fold the slices and bake in a roster for 3-4 minutes. Cut ready-made sandwiches diagonally.
