Layered herring sandwich
Densely spread a piece of rye bread with butter, mix the rest of the butter with finely chopped eggs and spices and spread on the rest of the pieces of rye bread. Sprinkle the egg oil with chopped greens. Cut the herring into wide, thin pieces. Put pieces of herring on slices of white bread, sprinkle with chopped greens. We fold the sandwich, alternating rye bread with egg butter, white bread with herring, rye bread with butter, white bread with herring, rye bread with egg butter. Press all the layers, put the sandwich in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then cut into thin slices.
rye bread - 3 pieces, wheat bread - 2 pieces, low-salt herring - 100 g, eggs - 3 pcs., salt to taste, mustard to taste, pepper to taste, green onion to taste, dill greens to taste, or parsley greens to taste
