Black sprat bread canape
Cut the bread into layers and fry. Cut circles equal in diameter to the egg from the beds. Rub the oil with mustard, spread mugs of bread, put a circle of eggs on top, a circle of cucumber on it, then - sprat fillet rolled into a roll. Spread the sides of the bread circle with the remaining mustard butter. Sprinkle the canapés with chopped greens.
