Croutons with eggs
Cook the mushrooms in salted water for 4 minutes, cast in a colander and cool slightly. Then finely chop and simmer in butter. Oil the pan thinly, fry slices of bread on 2 sides, cool and lay out the mushrooms. Put the egg halves on top and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
