Cut the bread into thick slices and fry on both sides. Dissolve the oil over a low heat, stirring all the time to add cheese, beer, red pepper and mustard. Beat the yolks, stir pour into the pan and warm up without bringing to a boil. Spread the croutons and bake in the oven with the prepared mixture.
loaf - 6 slices, hard cheese - 250 g, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, or margarine - 3 tbsp. spoons, beer - 0.125 l, red pepper - 0.5 tsp, mustard - 1 tsp, yolk - 1-2 pcs.
