Hot egg, sprat and cauliflower sandwiches

Fry the bread in oil until light yellow. Chop the yolk of a steep egg, mix with finely izrub­lennoy parsley greens, sprats and tomato paste. Put the resulting mass in a thick layer on bread. Cover each sandwich with half a protein, sprinkle Salt in its recess and put a stoker of pickled or salted cauliflower in it. Bake in a hot oven.

white bread - 4 pieces, vegetable oil - 20 g, eggs - 2 pcs., parsley greens - 1 tbsp. spoon, sprat - 8-10 pcs., tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp. spoons, cauliflower - 1 fork, salt to taste
