Fry the bread in oil until light yellow. Chop the yolk of a steep egg, mix with finely izrublennoy parsley greens, sprats and tomato paste. Put the resulting mass in a thick layer on bread. Cover each sandwich with half a protein, sprinkle Salt in its recess and put a stoker of pickled or salted cauliflower in it. Bake in a hot oven.
