Hot sandwiches with egg-keel mixture.

white bread - 6-8 pieces, eggs - 2-3 pcs., sprats - 8-10 pcs., onions - 1 pc., butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, grated cheese - 2 tbsp. spoons

Recipe for hot fish sandwiches. Lightly extinguish chopped steep eggs, ground sprats and onions with oil and sour cream. Cut a slice about 1 cm thick along the loaf, coat with a uniformly resulting mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven. Remove from the oven, cut into small sandwiches. You can also first prepare small pieces of bread, on which you can then put the products on a slide.
