Hot sausage sandwiches

Slice the bread with mustard butter. Cut the sausages in half and clean from the shell. For each slice of bread, put half of the sausage, cut side down. Grease with mustard. Place half a tomato or tomato paste in the bend of the sardel, all this is covered with a slice of cheese. Bake in a hot oven until the cheese starts to melt and browns slightly.
