Hot sandwiches with rice and meat

4 - 6 slices of black bread or sepik, 20 g of margarine or fat, 3/4 - 1 cup of crumbly rice porridge, 100 g of soft meat, 10 g of fat, 1-2 teaspoons of flour, 1/2 cup of broth, 1 tbsp. tablespoon of tomato puree, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. spoonful of sour cream, 1 tomato or cucumber, greens, salt, pepper. Fry the bread until crispy. Mix hot rice porridge with fried meat and sauce made from fat, flour, broth, tomato puree, onions and sour cream. You can do this operation in the following sequence: put out the tomato and finely chopped onions in fat, then add the flour, fry slightly, add the broth, boil for 5 - 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add sour cream. Put a mixture of rice and meat on each sandwich with a slide, and a piece of tomato or unpeeled cucumber and herbs on top.
