Hot vegetable sandwiches

Fry the bread until light yellow. Cook vegetables in a small amount of salt water. You can use one or more varieties of vegetables, but va­rit them more desirably separately. Cook thick sauce from butter, flour, milk or cream, mix with vegetables. For each sandwich, put a slide of vegetables, a hot little cutlet or a hot boiled or fried egg on it. Decorate sandwiches with slices of pomi­dora and dill.

black bread - 4-6 pieces, margarine - 20 g, carrots to taste, beans to taste, peas to taste, cauliflower to taste, vegetable oil - 20 g, wheat flour - 2 tsp, milk - 0.5-1 cup, eggs - 4-6 pcs., tomatoes - 1 pc., dill to taste, salt to taste
