Hot vegetable sandwiches

Fry the bread until light yellow. Cook vegetables in a small amount of salt water. You can use one or more varieties of vegetables, but varit them more desirably separately. Cook thick sauce from butter, flour, milk or cream, mix with vegetables. For each sandwich, put a slide of vegetables, a hot little cutlet or a hot boiled or fried egg on it. Decorate sandwiches with slices of pomidora and dill.
