Hot onion sandwiches

Fry the bread in margarine on both sides so that it crumbles. Simmer the onions chopped with straws with finely chopped brisket or with fat until soft, doba­vit flour and sour cream, season. Put the onion on a slide on bread, if desired, you can cover it with pieces of hot sausage or sausages. Garnish with slices of tomato.
