Hot sandwiches with livery sausage and eggs

3 servings

Spread bread with butter. Put a large thin piece of livery sausage on each slice, pressing the middle with a knife so that the edges of the sausage are higher. Lay sandwiches on a baking sheet. For each sandwich, beat off one raw egg, sprinkle with salt and chopped onions or herbs. Bake in a hot oven until the egg is baked. Before serving, sprinkle the sandwich with herbs or serve along with a fresh salad.

butter - 30 g, or margarine - 30 g, salt to taste, rye bread - 4-6 pieces, onions - 1 pc., livery sausage - 200 g, eggs - 4-6 pcs., greens to taste
