Hot livery sausage sandwiches

Fry the bread on both sides until light yellow. Cover with a large, cut along a piece of livery sausage and put a fried egg (icing) on top or next to it. Put a slide of fried or raw onions, a slide of spring onions or incisors on the sausage. Sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper. Garnish with bu­terbrod tomato.
