Hot smoked salaka sandwiches

Dry the bread or fry on one side in a small amount of margarine. Spread the toasted side with a mixture made of ground sa­laki, raw yolk and sour cream. Season the mixture with finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top, then sandwiches will brown more evenly. Bake in a hot oven for 5-6 minutes.
