Hot smoked salaka sandwiches

Dry the bread or fry on one side in a small amount of margarine. Spread the toasted side with a mixture made of ground salaki, raw yolk and sour cream. Season the mixture with finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top, then sandwiches will brown more evenly. Bake in a hot oven for 5-6 minutes.
