Hot mushroom sandwiches

Fry the bread in margarine. Cook a thick sauce from mushrooms: fry the mushrooms in fat, add flour, fry more, add milk or sour cream, potu­shit, season with salt, pepper and grated onions. Put Gorya­chy mushroom sauce on hot sandwiches. Serve right away.

white bread - 4-6 pieces, margarine - 20 g, fresh mushrooms - 150-200 g, pork fat - 1 tbsp. spoon, wheat flour - 2 tsp, milk - 0.5 cups, grated cheese - 1-2 tbsp. spoons, onions - 0.5 pcs., pepper to taste, salt to taste
