Hot mince sandwiches

Fry black shaped bread with one sto­rony. Add starch, sour cream, water, grated beets, finely chopped onions and cucumber to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, beat. Cover the toasted sto­ronu of bread with the resulting mass, then fry a sandwich in a large amount of fat - first from the side covered with meat, then from the other. When serving, you can put a fried egg (glazunya) or grated horseradish on each sandwich. Beetroot and salted cucumber can be replaced with marinovan­nymi or salted mushrooms.
