Hot fish sandwiches

Spread bread with margarine. Grate the cheese, mix with yolk and sour cream. Spread half of the cheese mixture on bread, put a layer of cheese on each slice and top again. Bake in a hot oven until the sandwich turns yellow. Serve immediately, hot.
