Cut the baton into two parts and remove the flesh from it with a wooden spoon, leaving the walls as thick as a little finger. All products (with the exception of butter) and the flesh of the loaf should be passed twice through a meat grinder, mixed with butter and this mass to fill the loaf halves. Wrap the loaf prepared in this way in dense paper and put in a refrigerator or cold place. Cut into thin slices before drinking.
