Veal and green salad sandwiches

toasted white bread or sepik is coated with a thin layer of mayonnaise. put fried veal on each sandwich. a thin slice of meat can be rolled up with a tube and punctured with a sandwich fork. finely chop the salad and cucumber, grate the cheese. mix all products with sauce and jam. put the salad on a slice of meat or on the bread near the rolled meat, decorate with slices of tomato or radish. tinned tomatoes or peppers may be used in winter.
