put a large piece of fillet of boiled, fried or smoked fish on an oblong slice of toasted or buttered bread. put a spoon of sour cream mixed with grated horseradish on top and side by side. near the fish, arrange slices of tomato or carrots, crushed capsicum, decorate with dill greens, chopped green onions and incisors.
