Chicken and mustard oil sandwiches

Prepare mustard oil: soften the butter, put in ceramic or enameled dishes, add mustard and rub thoroughly with a spoon or wooden spatula. Cut off 4 square or round pieces of bread without crust and spread them with mustard oil. Put on top of a thin slice of meat and squeeze a little more mustard oil out of the confectionery syringe on top. Put sandwiches on a plate and serve.
