Anchovy sandwiches
Cook the toast in the oven or toaster and grate it hot with a cut slice of garlic. Put the beans in a colander so that the glass is liquid. Fry the beans in olive oil over low heat, salt, pepper. Chop the anchovies into straws. Put the beans on toast, put the anchovies on top. Mix lemon zest with lemon juice, 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil and finely chopped parsley greens. Pour sandwiches with this mixture.
