Straw sandwich

Boil a small piece of meat and cut into long straws (across the fibers). Grate the cooked beetroot on a coarse grater and mix with the fried onions. To taste, add vinegar, salt, sunflower oil and put 10-15 minutes in the oven. Put 6 straws of meat on a piece of black bread, and beetroot and onions on top. Finish with a spoonful of mayonnaise.
