Green bean sandwich in pods

Cook the bean pods in slightly salty water, roll in a colander and cut into rhombuses. Rub the egg yolk with vegetable oil and set aside 1/3 part of the mass. Make mayonnaise from 2/3 parts of egg mass with mustard, salt, sugar and lemon juice and mix it with chopped beans. Spread slices of bread with a thin layer of egg mass, spread the beans beautifully on top and decorate the sandwich using a pastry bag with the remaining egg mass
