Ham and avocado sandwich




Rinse the basil, dry and finely chop. Put a few leaves off. Mix chopped basil with softened margarine. In a dry frying pan, brown the pinia seeds over low heat. Cut the avocados, remove the bones, peel, slice and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the bread whole horizontally, then cut into pieces. Spread the lower halves with margarine with basil, put slices of avocado and ham on top, sprinkle with pinia seeds, grated cheese and chopped basil. Cover with top pieces of bread.
