Herring sandwich

Peel the peeled potatoes and cut into straws. Separate the herring flesh from the bones and also cut into straws. Rub the egg yolk with vegetable oil and mix with a pinch of salt, mustard, powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of thick sour cream, potatoes and herring. Spread the bread with butter and put the cooked mass on top with tubercles. Decorate the sandwich with a green salad or onion.
