Cut the baton in half. Remove the meat, leaving the crust no thicker than 1 cm. Beat the oil, mix with grated cheese, meat, diced, chopped eggs and sprats, bread crumb, and crushed greens, salt, pepper. Fill the loaf halves with the prepared filling, fold them and refrigerate them.
